Still looking for the next PDA

I still haven't found my next PDA. While I do like my Axim X30i, it still seems like the interface is too slow. When I use a PalmOS-based device it is much more usable, it seems. I wish Microsoft would cut all this eyecandy and just focus on usability more than anything. Yes, it is cool to watch a movie on my PDA, but what users really need is ease of use and productivity.

I have been looking around for a combined PDA/cell phone solution. I love the Treo 650, but the lack of Wi-Fi is a dealbreaker for me. Some people prefer to have two separate devices, while I would prefer to carry one less device with me. I haven't used Windows Mobile 5.0, which will be used in the upcoming Treo 670, so I am hopeful that it will bring significant improvements in speed. Still, the Treo 670 will not have Wi-Fi... seem like you can't have it all.
