Skyscape Week- Essentials of Diagnosis & Treatment in Cardiology
I'll start by saying that my cardiology knowledge doesn't go much past Dr. Boron's and Dr. Costanzo's physiology texts and reviews. So when my new friends at Skyscape recommended that I take a look at this program I was a little skeptical as to how well I could review it. Well with Robbin's in my lap, my treo in my hand, and my wanna-be Cardiologist roommate next door, I took the assignment and reviewed the Essentials of Diagnosis & Treatment in Cardiology.
The program opens into Skyscape's traditional pull-down/click-access screen. What sets this program apart from the rest is that EVERYTHING is on that menu. From Amiloride to Aneuysm to Facial edema to Gene Therapy to Xanthomas if there's something you're looking for, you'll find it. It covers ambulatory and inpatient medicine, ischemic heart disease, hypertension, and other common conditions. And to make it easier, they have their famed "look for" text-entry at the bottom of the screen allowing you to easily and quickly find what you want.
Great program and AWESOME integration, I must have for the Cardiology nut or the conscientious student doctor.
