Developing PDA applications
Ì am thinking about developing a simples application for Windows Mobile and PalmOS platforms. It would be something very simple, however I have very little programming knowledge.
With that in mind, I would welcome my readers to indicate a good development platform for mobile OSs. Please post your thoughts as a comment.
