Windows Mobile 5 (aka 2005) is unveiled
Microsoft decided that Windows Mobile 2005 should be called Windows Mobile 5 instead. Kind of interesting, maybe the want to stop associating OS versions with years. I guess if you are using software named "2003" during 2005 it gives it a feel of old, outdated... I will keep WM 2003SE for now which is working just fine for me.
Anyway, this PDALive article covers the new features and improvements.
Apparently Dell will offer upgrades for the X50 line and HP will do the same for their latest models.
