PubMed offering RSS feeds !
Pubmed is now offering RSS feeds of searches. This is excellent for example if you would like to monitor authors, keywords, whatever. Always keeps the user updated.
Look at their page for more information.
If you do not use RSS yet, this is a good time to start using it. Check this page for an overview of RSS. Then head to Bloglines to start reading RSS feeds.
