Skype for Pocket PC: first impressions

I just downloaded and installed Skype for Pocket PC. For those that have not used Skype, it is a telephony application, sort of voice over IP (VoIP). You can call all Skype users for free, and you can make calls to the conventional telephony service for a fee. But the best is the ability to use it on my PDA with wireless networking. I tested it and the quality is excellent, and the echo cancellation feature also is also great. Unfortunately there are no PalmOS versions yet, but I am sure they are working on it.

Now I need to get my PDA to use the wireless network at the hospital, and I can call my family and friends during break...

How do you connect both the microphone and ear piece into the 3.5mm earphone jack?
