Heamoncrules 1.4

Our friends at The Palmdoc Chronicles have just updated their free Haemoncrules to version 1.4. It is a tool for Hematology and Oncology professionals, and has many useful scales, scores, prognostic factors, etc.
This update adds the following:
- CML Stage/Phase WHO
- Advanced Hodgkin Lymphoma Prognostic scoring
