Why can't medical journals offer RSS ?

Following Dr. Kent's post on Ectopic Brain, I was just thinking how great it would be if journals offered a RSS feed, with new articles with abstracts only ? We already get the e-mail TOCs, but RSS could make it easier to organize the feeds, and even to take a quick peek at the abstracts.

Do you know of any journal offering RSS ? Let me know !

Edit: PalmDoc let me know about BioMedCentral RSS Feeds. Although it does have some feeds from Medical Journals, these are unfortunately not the top journals...

I agree it would be nice if journals offered RSS. In the mean time, you can create your own feeds using myrss.com. Here's one they set up for me:
