ClinRx: free creatinine clearance and kinetics calculator for Pocket PC and PalmOS
Nice little application that calculates not only the creatinine clearance using varios different methods, but also the ideal body weight and dosage for 500 most used drugs. It also includes a graphical normogram that helps you make decisions.
