More about Patient-Doctor E-mails

As discussed previously here, there is more data emerging about how physicians are using e-mail to connect with their patients. Manhatan Research just published that only 8% of physicians use e-mail to communicate with their patients, while 85% of doctors use it for professional purposes. There is a lot of interest from the patient's perspective, though.
