Links to Clinical Practice Guidelines for Handheld Computers
All National Guideline Clearinghouse™ (NGC™) Guideline Summaries are available in a text format downloadable to the Palm-based Pesonal Digital Assistant (PDA). See the PDA Download page for additional information.
In order to download a specific summary for PDA/Palm view:
* Select the guideline that you would like to view
* Click on the "PDA download" link in the Summary box of the Side Menu
In addition, information concerning the availability of full-text guidelines and/or companion documents available in downloadable versions for the handheld computer through the guideline developer is listed in a field labeled "COMPANION DOCUMENTS" in the NGC Guideline Summary.
If such a version of the guideline is available, users will find details about the download and how to obtain it in the "COMPANION DOCUMENTS" field. The "COMPANION DOCUMENTS" field is located towards the end of the NGC Guideline Summary.
Below, NGC has also prepared a list summarizing these available links. This list is organized alphabetically, by guideline developer organization.
American College of Cardiology
The American College of Cardiology (ACC) has developed the ACC InfoGuide™. The software application and documents listed below are available for download from the American College of Cardiology Web site.

The American Heart Association (AHA) has made a number of its guidelines, jointly developed with the American College of Cardiology (ACC), available in PDA downloabable format.
