PDAs with cameras ?

I always thought that having a camera in a phone or a PDA was not very useful. I am changing my mind. Even though there are obviously privacy issues, being a doctor and having a camera in your PDA might be actually a good thing. I can think of several instances:
- For a dermatologist, having a decent picture is good, he/she might keep a record and follow the lesion (or the patient :-) ) over time
- For all Doctors, when they find something interesting or worthwhile, having documentation might be interesting to show to colleagues or presentations.
- For residents, it is always cool to have something to show to other folks. I see this as a big educational tool.

Until now, these tini cameras that were used with PDAs had questionable picture quality. But now the cameras are getting to 1-2 megapixels, which is probably reasonable. I don't expect to have a flash or anything, but if the image is not blurred it is a big step.

What do you think ?!
