Wi-fi in the Hospital or Clinic ?

At my institution the whole campus has now Wi-fi coverage, but we can not connect our handhelds or non-institutional devices.

I'd like to hear from you if you can use Wi-fi in your Hospital / Clinic, and what, if any, medical use of this technology you have.
